Wings over started in 2012 when founder Marcus Reid turned a tiny kitchen on Market Street in Lowell into what would become the city's most beloved wing spot. Armed with family sauce recipes and an uncompromising dedication to quality, Marcus served his first batch of wings to a handful of regulars — and the lines never stopped growing.
"I didn't want to just make wings — I wanted to create an experience. Something that would make people drive across town, bring their whole family, and come back every week. That's what wings over means to me."
The wingsover difference was clear from day one: fresh, never-frozen wings coated in house-made sauces crafted from real ingredients. No shortcuts, no premade mixes — every sauce is prepared fresh in our kitchen daily. What began as a single location has grown into a Lowell institution, with a devoted community built around bold flavors and real hospitality.
Today, Wings over continues to honor its roots while evolving its menu with new signature sauces and creative combinations — always guided by the same passion that started it all.
